Our History
17 June 2022, when we were officially registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. Recognising the growing disparity in access to resources and opportunities, Kind Hearts was established out of a desire to foster equity, fairness, and compassion in the world.
Since our foundation, we have focused on identifying and supporting transformative projects and initiatives across a wide range of causes. Our commitment remains centred on making a tangible impact by empowering organisations and individuals working on projects that can create long-term, sustainable change.
Over time, we have developed connections with a variety of organisations and individuals, and we continue to seek opportunities to expand our support where it is needed most.

Ivan Zolotuhhin
Trustee
Ivan is a founding trustee of Kind Hearts. Ivan specialises on complex IT issues and contributes deep expertise in business and IT technologies.
Andrey Kuvshinov
Trustee
Andrey has Masters Degrees in Physics and Social Psychology from Novosibirsk State University, Russia. He was the Chairman of the Siberian Human Rights Network until 2006 when he joined the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). With over 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Andrey founded Kind Hearts with a vision to create equitable access to resources for all communities.
Paul Kustov
Trustee
Paul graduated from Oxford University with a BA in Computer Science in 2010. Paul is a high-profile software engineer, contributing his expertise and breadth of business knowledge to Kind Hearts. Paul is passionate about bringing equity to the community and making sure that various communities share equal access to education and the socioeconomic ladder.
Dmitry Morgan
Advisor
Dmitry is a qualified lawyer and provides ad hoc assistance to trustees on various matters.
